Fees & Insurance
My services qualify for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. While I do not take insurance directly, I do provide a billing statement that you can submit to your provider for reimbursement.
You can determine your insurance coverage benefits by calling your insurance provider and asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits under my policy?
- What is my deductible? Has it been met this year?
- How many sessions will my plan cover per calendar year?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- Do I need pre-authorization for mental health services?
